Cal. 30-06. S# 4497068. Bbl. 24" LMR 6-53 dated. Muzzle gauges 5.5 & throat 3. Blade front sight with protective ears. T105E1 rear sight. All of the metal parts are IHC or one of their subcontractors such as safety marked "F". Receiver has added white highlight for markings. Parkerized finish. Replacement walnut stock set with bedding & bottom mounted sling swivels. Faint "DOD Eagle" cartouche on left side & strong circled "P" firing proof on bottom of wrist. Handguards are notably darker than stock. Sticker present on right side of butt. CONDITION: stock itself has added glossy finish, handguards show a few small cracks, stock set overall shows some dings & handling marks. Metal retains 85% arsenal parkerized finish with some discoloration on receiver, edge wear more heavy on gas cyl., finished over pitting, some oxidation, edge wear & operational wear. Action functions properly when hand cycled. Bore has worn rifling with some oxidation & pitting. (26-3434/MJC). CURIO. $1000-1500.
